TRANQUIL NAIL’S CUSTOMER POLICY
By availing yourself of our services at Tranquil Nail, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these
policies. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, professional, and enjoyable
environment for all our customers.
1. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including, but not limited to:
● Violation of salon policies or code of conduct.
● Disrespectful or abusive behavior towards staff or other customers.
● Inappropriate requests that are not within the scope of our services.
● Intoxication or impairment that may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
● Presence of nail fungus or infections that may jeopardize the health and safety of our staff and other
customers.
● Policy Enforcement: If a customer is asked to leave and is banned on the spot, all customer rights,
such as point rewards and current promotional eligibility, will be stripped immediately.
2. Quality Assurance:
● Warranty Coverage:
If, within three days of your appointment, you experience any issues with your nails or toes—such as
premature chipping, design errors, or any quality concerns—we will provide a complimentary repair
or touch-up service.
● Warranty Conditions:
○ The warranty applies exclusively to services performed by Tranquil Nail and does not cover normal
wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising from improper aftercare.
○ To qualify for the warranty fix, you must return within three days of your appointment and present
your receipt as proof of service.
● Exclusions:
○ This warranty does not extend to any additional services or enhancements not originally included in
your appointment.
○ Issues caused by external factors beyond our control may not be covered under this warranty.
○ Change of Mind during the service or within 3 days: If, during customer services or within 3 days,
after the completion of Shellac/ Regular polish change, fullset/refill of …Etc. Customers change their
mind and “don’t like it” for the lengths, colors, shapes, or designs you initially chose and approved.
Any changes requested for any reason that will not fall under any warranty and will be treated and
charged as a new additional service.
3. Promotions, Discounts, and Rewards
● Combining Promotions: Promotions will not be used together (such as points rewards, birthday
discounts, etc.) if that promotion states so in its terms and conditions. Only one (1) type of discount
can be used per visit.
● Point Discounts: The use of point discounts could be denied if our system shows somebody else is the
owner of the account..
● Birthday Discounts: The birthday discount can only be used on the specific person celebrating their
birthday. It cannot be applied to an entire transaction with other people in the party.
4. Health and Safety:
● Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. We adhere to rigorous sanitation protocols to
prevent the spread of infections and maintain a hygienic environment.
● Customers exhibiting signs of nail fungus or infections will be advised to seek medical attention and
will not be serviced until the condition has been treated and resolved.
● We prioritize the use of sterile tools and disposable items to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
5. Timeliness and Punctuality:
● We value your time and strive to provide prompt service according to your scheduled appointment.
● Please arrive on time to ensure that we can accommodate you efficiently. Late arrivals may result in
shortened service time or rescheduling.
6. Pricing and Payment:
● Our pricing is transparent and communicated clearly. Any additional charges or upgrades will be
discussed with you prior to proceeding.
● We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
7. Code of Conduct:
● We maintain a positive and inclusive environment where all customers are treated with respect and
dignity.
● Discrimination, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated within our
salon premises.
● We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including refusing service and contacting authorities if
necessary, in response to any violations of our code of conduct.
